A former Big 4 executive and retired military officer who served on multiple overseas missions with the United Nations, Jonathan brings disciplined, values-led leadership and a global perspective to his work.

He advises organisations on leadership development, career transition, and the future of work, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and capabilities needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving environment. As Managing Director, he sets the strategic direction of the firm, focused on delivering trusted, high-impact advisory services to clients across Ireland.

With over 30 years’ experience advising Irish and global organisations, Mary partners with senior leadership teams to shape and strengthen organisational capability at the highest levels. She is an experienced executive coach and a recognised expert in the strategic design and delivery of leadership interventions that enable transformation, cultural alignment, and sustained performance.

Mary works at executive and board level, helping organisations define the leadership capability required for future success and embedding frameworks that translate strategy into measurable impact.

With over 25 years’ experience in leadership, human resources, and project management, Mairead has worked extensively with leading organisations across multiple sectors. She specialises in supporting individuals and organisations through restructuring and change, advising senior leaders and managers on navigating complex workforce transitions with clarity and confidence.

Mairead brings deep expertise in the design and delivery of career management and outplacement programmes across both the public and private sectors. She also leads the lecturing team for Career Decisions’ Diploma in Coaching (Level 7) and Diploma in High Performance Leadership (Level 8), accredited by Dublin Institute of Technology.
