Since 2019, Career Decisions has partnered with Shannon Chamber to design and deliver a Level 8 Diploma in High Performance Leadership, accredited by Technological University Dublin. The programme supports senior professionals and emerging leaders across the Mid-West region.

There was a clear need for an academically rigorous, practitioner-led leadership programme that would equip leaders with the strategic capability required to navigate growth, transformation and increasing organisational complexity.
Career Decisions developed and delivers a structured diploma integrating strategic leadership frameworks with applied organisational learning, executive coaching and peer collaboration. Modules focus on leadership effectiveness, organisational performance, change leadership and personal impact, ensuring immediate workplace application.
The programme has strengthened leadership capability across multiple sectors within the region, supporting succession planning, organisational performance and long-term regional economic growth.
