Career Decisions delivered its proprietary Level 7 Diploma in Coaching for Managers, accredited by Technological University Dublin, to a national skills and enterprise development organisation. The programme forms part of our accredited leadership and coaching portfolio and is designed to embed structured coaching capability within management teams.
The organisation sought to strengthen management capability by equipping leaders with practical coaching skills to enhance employee engagement, improve performance conversations and foster a culture of accountability and development. A robust, academically accredited programme with real workplace application was required.
We delivered the diploma to a cohort of 40 managers, combining coaching theory, supervised practice, applied learning and reflective development. The programme ensured participants developed practical coaching competencies aligned to organisational priorities and day-to-day leadership responsibilities.
The initiative strengthened internal coaching capability, enhanced leadership effectiveness and supported a more development-focused management culture across the organisation.
